The Schwerdtel S7 Series filling machines are
designed for the fully automatic filling of pasty
products into cans – printing inks, and
also polyester fillers, greases, sealants, resins
and similar viscous products.
Fully/semi-automatic sealing of conical
cans
The Schwerdtel S10 machines seal vacuum cans with
a lid. The following versions are available:
· the S10-HU for semi-automatic operation,
· the S10-1V for fully automatic operation,
and
· the S10-2V, also fully automatic but
with higher output.

Semi-Automatic
Filling and Closing Machine SD-H
For the filling of pasty products and printing
inks into cartridges and cans
- Version 1
For the filling of sealants and greases into
plastic, fibre and aluminium cartridges with
a filling volume from 100 to 500 ml.
- Version 2
For the filling of sealants and greases into
plastic, fibre and aluminium cartridges with
a filling volume from 500 to 1000 ml.
- Version 3
For the filling of printing inks into cans and
plastic or cardboard cartridges with a filling
volume from 500 to 3000 ml.
